A focused, trauma-informed, 4-week training series designed to strengthen the core capacities frontline staff need most: self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, boundaries, and ethical use of self.
Frontline work in shelters, housing support, youth work, and community care is emotionally demanding. Many workers do not need “more information”, they need the reflective capacity and skills to apply what they already know in complex, fast-paced situations.
Participants will learn trauma-informed communication strategies, grounding tools, conflict navigation, decision-making skills, and ethical use of self, immediately applicable on shift.
